1. 수집 항목 및 방법

  • 게시판:
    • 게시물 내용, (중복/악용 방지 및 분쟁 대응 목적의)IP 주소
  • 연락하기(이메일 문의):
    • 사용자 입력: 이메일 주소, 문의 내용(서버 DB에 저장하지 않고 운영자 이메일로 즉시 전송)
    • 연속 발송 방지용: IP 정보를 서버 메모리에 일시 저장(지속 저장하지 않음)
  • 쿠키/유사기술:
    • Google AdSense가 광고 제공 및 측정을 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있음
  • 접속/시스템 로그(자동 수집):
    • 서비스 접근 시 IP, User-Agent, 요청 URL, Referrer, 요청/응답 시각 등이 AWS 등 인프라 로그에 기록될 수 있음(보관 기간은 3항 참조)

2. 수집하지 않는 항목

  • 회원가입/로그인, 결제 정보, 정확한 위치 정보(GPS), 광고 ID를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
  • OAuth로 Google 계정 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 목적

  • 서비스 제공 및 품질 개선, 게시판 운영
  • 스팸·악용 및 중복 등록 방지, 보안/안정성 확보
  • 문의 응대
  • 광고 노출 및 성과 측정(AdSense)

4. 보관 기간

  • 게시판 글/댓글 및 연계 IP: 게시물이 존재하는 동안(필요 최소 범위 내 사용)
  • 연락하기:
    • 서버 DB에 저장하지 않음(운영자 이메일로 즉시 전송)
    • 연속 발송 방지용 IP는 서버 메모리에만 일시 보관 후 소멸(프로세스/서버 재시작 시 삭제)
  • 접속/시스템 로그: 최대 7일 보관 후 자동 삭제
  • 관련 법령에 특별 규정이 있는 경우 그 기간을 따름

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개인정보를 판매·제공하지 않습니다.
다만 Google(AdSense) 등 광고 파트너가 쿠키를 이용해 이전 방문 정보를 바탕으로 광고를 제공·측정할 수 있습니다.

6. 쿠키 안내 및 선택권

  • 로그인 쿠키는 사용하지 않음
  • 광고 제공을 위해 Google 및 파트너가 쿠키 사용 가능
  • 브라우저에서 쿠키 차단/삭제 가능, Google 광고 설정에서 맞춤형 광고 제어 가능 (Ads Settings, Google 광고 정책)
  • (EEA/영국 등은 현지 법령에 따라 쿠키/광고 동의 선택지가 제공될 수 있음)

7. 국외 이전

Google 시스템은 해외에 위치할 수 있으며 광고 제공·측정을 위해 필요한 범위에서 정보가 이전·보관될 수 있습니다.

8. 안전성 확보 조치

  • 접근권한 최소화, 접근 통제 및 기록 관리
  • 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)
  • 스팸 방지용 IP는 가능한 범위에서 최소화·마스킹/해시 처리 적용

9. 이용자 권리

본인에 관한 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 요청이 가능하며, 아래 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.

10. 아동의 개인정보

본 사이트는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령대의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. YouTube 관련 개인정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 본 서비스를 이용하시면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. (현재 OAuth로 사용자의 Google 계정 데이터에 접근하지 않으며, 계정 권한을 저장하지 않습니다.)

1) Data We Collect & How

  • Board:
    • Post content and the poster’s IP address (to prevent abuse/duplicates and for dispute handling).
  • Contact (Email):
    • User input: email address and message (not stored in our DB; forwarded to the operator’s email immediately).
    • Rate-limit: IP stored in server memory temporarily (not persisted).
  • Cookies/Similar Tech:
    • Google AdSense may use cookies to serve and measure ads.
  • Access/System Logs (automatic):
    • Technical info (IP, User-Agent, request URL, referrer, timestamps, etc.) may be recorded by infrastructure logs (e.g., AWS). See §3 for retention.

2) What We Do Not Collect

  • No sign-up/login, no payment details, no precise location (GPS), no first-party collection of ad IDs.
  • We do not access your Google account data via OAuth.

3) Purposes

  • Provide and improve the service; operate the board
  • Prevent spam/abuse & duplicates; security and reliability
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Ad delivery and performance measurement (AdSense)

4) Retention

  • Board posts/comments & related IP: while the post exists (minimum necessary scope).
  • Contact:
    • Not stored in our DB (immediately relayed to operator’s email).
    • Rate-limit IP kept only in memory and cleared (e.g., on process/server restart).
  • Access/System logs: kept up to 7 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Longer if required by applicable laws.

5) Sharing / Outsourcing

We do not sell or provide personal data to third parties.
However, Google (AdSense) and partners may use cookies to serve/measure ads based on prior visits.

6) Cookies & Choices

  • No first-party login cookies.
  • Google and partners may use cookies for ads.
  • You can block/delete cookies in your browser and manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings (Ads Settings, Google Ads Policy).
  • Users in the EEA/UK may see consent choices as required by local laws.

7) International Transfers

Google systems may be located outside your country; data may be transferred/stored as needed for ad serving/measurement.

8) Security Measures

  • Least-privilege access, access control and logging
  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
  • Minimization and masking/hashing for anti-spam IP where feasible

9) Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at the email below; we’ll respond within reasonable scope.

10) Children’s Data

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under applicable ages.
